What We Collect

- Account and contact details: name, email address and organisation (if provided).
- Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Course activity: lesson progress, assessment and survey responses, sitrep submissions and community posts.
- Communications: emails, support requests, complaints and feedback, including course satisfaction surveys.
- Technical data: device information, browser, IP address and usage analytics collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How We Collect and Hold Your Information
We collect information directly from you when you:
- purchase the course
- create an account
- complete course activities
- contact us.
We also collect certain information automatically through our course platform.
Your information is stored within our course platform (Kajabi), email systems (Kajabi and Gmail) and payment providers, protected through appropriate access controls and encryption in transit.
We retain records only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law (for example, tax records for seven years).
Why We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- deliver the course and manage your account
- process payments
- provide customer support and respond to complaints
- meet our quality management obligations, including ISO 9001 customer satisfaction monitoring
- improve the course using feedback, surveys and usage data
- send course communications and, with your consent, marketing communications that you may opt out of at any time.
Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the course, including our course platform, payment processors, email delivery services and analytics providers.
Some providers, including Kajabi, store data in the United States. By using the course, you consent to this overseas disclosure.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
Access, Correction and Complaints
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by emailing hello@getmissionready.com.
We aim to respond within 30 days.
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us first so we can investigate and respond through our complaints process.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Data Breaches
We maintain a data breach response plan.
If a data breach is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme.
