TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. About These Terms

This website is operated by Mission Ready Alliance Pty Ltd (ACN 694 479 368, ABN 13 694 479 368) ("we", "us"). By using this website you accept these Terms of Use.

Purchasing the online course is governed by the separate Online Course Terms and Conditions, which prevail over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

2. Website Content Is General Information Only

Content on this website — including articles, videos, previews, free resources and downloads — is general information and education only. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

Any results, stories or testimonials shown are individual experiences and are not a promise of your outcome.

3. Our Intellectual Property

  • All website content — text, videos, images, logos, the Mission Ready name and branding, frameworks and downloadable resources — is owned by us or our licensors.
  • You may view the website and download or print free resources for your own personal, non-commercial use.
  • You must not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, scrape or use any content — including to develop a competing product or to train an AI system — without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the website by hacking, introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping, or interfering with its operation or other users.
  • Do not use the website to send spam, impersonate anyone, or collect other users' personal information.
  • If you submit comments or content to public areas of the website, the Community Standards in the Online Course Terms apply. We may moderate or remove submissions acting reasonably.

5. Third-Party Links and Tools

The website may link to third-party websites, resources or tools (including payment and booking providers). These are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Availability and Security

We aim to keep the website available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.

You are responsible for your own virus protection and for keeping any account credentials secure.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to website use (excluding course purchases, which are covered by the Online Course Terms) is limited to AUD $100.

8. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information, including via cookies and analytics, is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using this website, you consent to that handling.

9. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms of Use at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.

ONLINE COURSE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Who We Are and What These Terms Cover

These terms are between Mission Ready Alliance Pty Ltd (ACN 694 479 368, ABN 13 694 479 368) of PO Box 3264, Rouse Hill NSW 2155, Australia, trading as Mission Ready ("we", "us") and you, the person purchasing or accessing the Mission Ready website and online course ("you").

By purchasing the course, creating an account or using the website, you accept these terms.

2. The Course

The course is an online leadership and performance programme delivered through our online platform. It includes video briefings, downloadable field kits, community spaces and live sessions as described on the sales page.

We may improve, update or replace content from time to time. If we make a material reduction to what you purchased, you may contact us about a remedy.

3. Your Account and Access

  • Access is for one named person. Do not share your login. We may suspend accounts showing concurrent or shared use.
  • You must keep your login details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
  • Access is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase, including any content updates released during that period.
  • We may schedule maintenance or experience outages. We will restore access as soon as reasonably practicable. Extended outages will be remedied with extended access only. No refunds or other remedies apply except as required by law.

4. Payment

  • Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is due at purchase, or according to the instalment schedule you select. Instalments are a payment plan for one purchase. You remain liable for the full price if you stop paying after the refund period, and we may suspend access until payments are up to date.
  • If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you. We may suspend access after seven days of non-payment.

5. Refunds – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the course for any reason, email hello@getmissionready.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We may ask what didn't work for you to help us improve the course, but your response does not affect your refund.

After the 30-day period, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Policy

  • All course materials — videos, scripts, audio, field kits, worksheets, frameworks, images and text — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
  • We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials for your own personal and professional development while you have access to the course.
  • You must not copy, record, download (except where downloads are provided), share, publish, distribute, sell, licence or create derivative works from any course material, or use it to build a competing product or train an AI system.
  • Field kits and worksheets may be used within your own team or organisation for the purposes taught in the course but may not be rebranded, resold or distributed publicly.
  • If you breach this clause, we may terminate your access without refund (except where required by law) and reserve all other rights and remedies.

7. Community and User Content

  • You retain ownership of anything you post (missions, sitreps and reflections), and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display it within the course community.
  • Be respectful. No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, spam, solicitation or sharing of other participants' personal information or posts outside the community.
  • Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes anyone's rights or contains confidential information belonging to your employer or others.
  • We may moderate, edit or remove content and may suspend or remove participants who breach these standards, acting reasonably.
  • With your prior written consent, we may use de-identified excerpts of your feedback or results as testimonials. You may withdraw consent at any time.

8. Disclaimers – Education Only, Personal Responsibility

The course is general education in leadership, planning and performance. It is not, and does not replace, medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice.

  • Health content (diet, exercise, sleep, stress, grief): consult a qualified health professional before acting on it, particularly if you have a health condition. Stop any physical activity that causes pain or distress.
  • Results: outcomes depend on your circumstances, effort and application. We make no guarantee of any particular business, career, financial or personal result, and testimonials are individual experiences, not promises.
  • You are responsible for the decisions you make and actions you take based on the course.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the course or website is limited to, at our election:

  • resupplying the course; or
  • the amount you paid for the course.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or events outside our reasonable control, including platform provider outages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms (including the Content Policy) and, where the breach can be remedied, you fail to remedy it within 14 days of notice.

You may close your account at any time. Fees are only refundable under the Refund Policy or as required by law.

11. Complaints, Feedback and Continual Improvement

We operate a quality management system aligned with ISO 9001:2015.

Complaints and feedback are acknowledged within two business days and responded to within five business days. Corrective actions are tracked to closure and feedback trends are reviewed as part of our management review process.

For enquiries contact:

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact your state consumer affairs body or, for privacy matters, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

12. General

  • We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Changes do not reduce rights you have already paid for.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
